  1. Hey Jim,

    Regarding what you mentioned about the paid level 90s and the one set of gear they would have, I heard that Blizzard was also making a change so that the gear would change with the spec.

    The way it was explained to me was, if I had a holy pally, the gear would be appropriate for my character attributes, but if I change to my DPS spec, the gear would change so that it was appropriate for that spec with all the correct attributes to support the DPS role.

    For what it's worth, I don't really like the idea of paid level ups. As a gold maker, it seems to me that the consumer needs of the people who are leveling help support the sales that we gold makers are making.

    It's hard to say, though, how much it will actually affect us. More than likely it will just change the way we do what we do just a little, but not actually have a deep negative impact.

    Anyway... dats my two cents.

    1. Interesting. Very interesting. So like an heirloom but instead of it changing per level it changes per spec. Huh. Like you said us gold-makers will find a way to make gold no matter what.
